Job summary

Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support our inside sales team in Hastings.

You will manage the end-to-end order process in D365, ensure data accuracy, and inform European customers with timely order updates. This fast-paced role rewards initiative, attention to detail and strong communication, with collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Quality and Sales to resolve issues, review contracts, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales administration role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy in data handling and order processing.
• Confident using MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Inputting and processing sales orders within D365.
• Timely and accurate processing of orders in the ERP system.
• Own the order status process and inform customers of status changes.
• Resolve customer issues and enquiries.
• Provide administration support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with standard contract reviews with compliance.
• Manage credit, rebills and returns with Finance, Quality and Procurement.
• Liaise with Procurement and Finance on cross-departmental tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
