Job summary

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering or related subject.
- Interest in experimental design, data interpretation and product performance.
- Hands-on approach to product development, prototyping and testing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Support development of Modern Oral products by exploring formulation, format, pouch and sensory levers.
- Design and execute experiments including lab prototyping, product testing and data capture.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Analytical, Sensory, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.
- Analyze results and provide evidence-based recommendations for project decisions.
- Independently manage work plans, timelines and documentation for milestones.
