Kenvue is recruiting for a Marketing Manager - Deployment Listerine EMEA on a 12-month FTC basis. The role reports to the Marketing Director EMEA Essential Health RDL and is based in High Wycombe, England.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional segment teams, executing globally aligned strategies for Oral Care.
• Collaborate in global growth forums and cascade strategies and innovations to regional markets.
• Contribute to the 3-year operational plans for non-priority markets.
• Act as the regional representative at the global level for non-priority markets.
• Provide consumer and HCP insights to global teams.
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategies and execute regional communication and content plans.
• Lead the rollout of global innovations and manage portfolio strategies.
• Drive regional partnering and retail initiatives, ensuring adherence to category strategies.
• Coach and develop the regional team, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
