The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all digital and e-commerce activities, managing and growing a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce team across all our target markets and digital channels. You will be responsible for building and implementing a broad, strategic digital vision for both divisions of the business.

This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in the digital transformation and become a crucial part of the business. You will lead and manage the marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager who will oversee traditional marketing communications and trade marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and digital marketing vision, including strategy development and implementation
  • Manage and analyze Google/Bing search, Ads, PPC, SEO, Keywords to maximize reach and natural search
  • Develop and uphold the brand and its values
  • Collaborate with the Head of Amazon on e-commerce initiatives
  • Oversee design, performance, and improvement of digital/web platforms and assets, including websites
  • Implement online marketing strategies across digital channels to boost product promotion and e-commerce opportunities
  • Utilize internet and technology to reach target audiences, drive conversions, and meet business goals
  • Conduct market research, strategize with marketing professionals, and create content for campaigns
  • Plan and oversee web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
E-commerce
  • Build B2B, B2C, and D2C e-commerce strategies in selected countries
  • Enhance SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and other methodologies to increase reach
  • Identify target audiences and develop engagement strategies across sales channels
  • Create market-specific strategies for segments like electricians, installers, distributors, etc.
Marketing Analysis / Data
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to manage data, CRM, and reporting strategies
  • Create KPIs and provide monthly reports to senior management
  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign results
  • Research competitors and market trends to differentiate the company
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience at a senior/leadership level, supported by relevant degree and professional qualifications
  • Strong commercial awareness, competitor analysis skills, and understanding of target customers
  • Proven experience in B2B, B2C, and D2C e-commerce environments
  • Experience building, leading, and managing teams in fast-growing businesses
  • Successful track record in digital marketing campaigns across the marketing funnel
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Bing, etc.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience handling product/price/data feeds (e.g., ICECAT, CNET)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) is a plus
  • Proactive, innovative, and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Creative, with strong brand vision and entrepreneurial flair
  • Hands-on approach, capable of strategic planning and implementation
  • Commercial mindset with leadership skills and problem-solving ability
  • Proven success in developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Good understanding of data management and utilization
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
