Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant to deliver end-to-end ORC implementations and ongoing support for Oracle Core HR integrations across global transformation projects. You will configure job requisitions, CSP, job offers, career sites, talent communities, and security roles, lead workshops, support testing and deployments, and coach clients on best practices.

Location Coventry West Midlands, UK with emphasis on delivering compliant, scalable recruiting

Qualifications

• Hands-on ORC implementation experience with Oracle Core HR.
• Experience configuring requisitions, CSP, job offers, and career sites.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and run testing and deployments.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL, REST APIs and Oracle reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ORC functional support and issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain ORC based on business requirements.
• Configure recruiting workflows including requisitions, CSP, offers, and journeys.
• Support integrations between ORC and Core HR.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs and FDDs, assist in testing and UAT.

Job description

• Provide Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functional support and query resolution.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud based on business requirements.
• Configure recruiting workflows including requisitions, candidate selection processes, job offers, and hiring journeys.
• Support integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice recruitment solutions.
• Configure career sites, candidate experience settings, talent communities, and recruiting user roles.
• Support Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle for issue resolution.
• Prepare business requirement documents and functional design documents.
• Assist in system testing, UAT preparation, test script creation, and defect resolution.
• Validate data migration and recruitment configurations during implementation projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, HSDL, integrations, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates and support deployment activities.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation methodologies.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Strong implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and support. Expertise in requisition management, candidate selection processes, job offers, career site configuration, recruiting security, and Core HR integration. Proven ability to lead workshops, configure ORC solutions, support testing and deployments, and deliver recruitment transformation initiatives, Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation through candidate hire.

Experience with ORC integrations and its interaction with Core HR and Workforce Structures.

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, testing, and deployment activities.

Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Booster features and candidate experience enhancements.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, and Oracle Recruiting integrations.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
• Exposure to Oracle Talent Management modules such as Talent Review, Performance Management, and Career Development.
• Experience working on global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation projects.
