Job summary

The ELLIS Group Architects Pty seeks an Oracle ORC Consultant to configure, implement and optimise Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for enhanced recruitment processes. You will work with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective ORC solutions and deliver end-to-end recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities include requisition setup, candidate management, career site configuration and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Proven ORC consultant with hands-on ORC configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of requisitions, candidate management and workflows.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and business requirements.
• Experience with Oracle HCM integrations across Core HR and Onboarding.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and optimisation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Gather requirements and translate into ORC solutions for recruitment workflows.
• Configure recruitment processes, career sites, offers and approvals.
• Collaborate with HR, TA and IT stakeholders for end-to-end processes.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Identify improvements via ORC functionality and best practices.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for maintenance.
