Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant to deliver end-to-end ORC implementations and ongoing support for Oracle Core HR integrations across global transformation projects. You will configure job requisitions, CSP, job offers, career sites, talent communities, and security roles, lead workshops, support testing and deployments, and coach clients on best practices.

Location Coventry West Midlands, UK with emphasis on delivering compliant, scalable recruiting

Qualifications

Hands-on ORC implementation experience with Oracle Core HR.
Experience configuring requisitions, CSP, job offers, and career sites.
Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and run testing and deployments.
Experience with HDL/HSDL, REST APIs and Oracle reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ORC functional support and issue resolution.
Configure and maintain ORC based on business requirements.
Configure recruiting workflows including requisitions, CSP, offers, and journeys.
Support integrations between ORC and Core HR.
Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs and FDDs, assist in testing and UAT.
