Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Oracle PTP administrator to oversee AP invoice approvals and ensure policy compliance and accurate processing. You will act as the functional SME for Oracle Approval Hierarchy, triaging incidents and guiding end users across the business.

You will manage system configuration, address incorrect users in the hierarchy, and maintain clear, timely communications while meeting SLAs and leveraging Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of large ERP systems including Oracle.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end PTP processes and finance controls.
• Experience meeting SLAs and using ticketing tools with clear case notes.
• Translate business requirements into system changes and communications.
• Analytical problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management with Finance, HR, IT and senior staff.

Responsibilities
