Job summary

IVC Evidensia UK is recruiting an Oracle Support Administrator for Procure to Pay. You will manage Oracle approval hierarchies, support end-to-end PTP processes, and ensure policy compliance while delivering high-quality user support across the global business services network.

You will triage incidents, coordinate hierarchy updates with HR/IT, and generate dashboards to monitor approvals accuracy. Excellent communication and strong Excel/reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration experience of large ERP systems, including Oracle.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes and finance controls.
• Experience working to SLAs in a service environment with ticketing tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system changes and communicate clearly.
• Analytical problem-solving with root-cause analysis and trends.
• Stakeholder management with Finance, HR, IT and senior staff.
• Good Excel skills and reporting for operational data.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line functional support for Oracle approval hierarchy and incidents.
• Administer and update Oracle approvals hierarchy as required.
• Maintain user access and data governance with HR/IT for joiners/movers/leavers.
• Support month-end and finance processes with correct routing of invoices.
• Produce and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor hierarchy compliance.
• Create and improve knowledge articles and end-user guidance.
• Collaborate with AP to prevent invoices stuck due to approvals.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement to reduce tickets and automate where possible.
• Highlight major incidents and risks to PTP Lead and stakeholders.
