Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an Oracle Support PTP Administrator in Bristol to manage day-to-day Oracle PTP setup including invoice approvals and hierarchy data.

You'll act as SME for Oracle Approval Hierarchy, triage incidents, coordinate updates with Finance, HR, IT and third parties, and ensure end-user guidance and timely processing. This role supports month-end processes, produces reports, and identifies improvements to reduce tickets and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of large ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes and finance controls.
• Experience working to SLAs in a service environment with ticketing tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into system changes and clear user communications.
• Analytical problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and trend identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line functional support for Oracle approvals hierarchy issues within SLAs.
• Administer updates to Oracle approvals hierarchy (approver names, levels, managers).
• Maintain user access governance with HR/IT for joiners/movers/leavers and segregation of duties.
• Support month-end and financial processes by ensuring accurate invoice routing.
