Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing, implementing or supporting Oracle Payroll.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent tooling.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula and payroll elements/balances is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse payroll requirements and produce functional specs and designs.
• Configure and enhance Oracle Payroll, including elements, balances and formulas.
• Develop and maintain integrations between payroll, HR, finance and pension systems.
• Build and support payroll reports, extracts and reconciliation outputs.
• Investigate issues and drive fixes, data validation and migration activities.
