Job summary

VE3 in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (SC Cleared) to support and deliver improvements to a live Oracle Cloud finance service. You will design and build ERP configuration changes, manage incidents, and coordinate with finance product owners and business leads to ensure value and proper scope.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, SC clearance, and a hybrid working arrangement with remote capabilities in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong Fusion ERP functional experience across financials core: GL, AP and AR, with procurement a welcome bonus
• Experience supporting a live Oracle Cloud service with real users
• Understanding of how finance teams actually work: period close, reconciliations, supplier payment runs
• Ability to gather requirements and write them up clearly
• Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud or financial reporting tooling
• Understanding of Fusion security concepts: roles, data access, segregation of duties
• Familiarity with OTBI or BI Publisher for finance reporting

Responsibilities

• Own second and third line ERP incidents and service requests through to fix
• Assess quarterly Oracle release changes across financials and procurement
• Design and build ERP configuration changes in sprints or PMs
• Keep a light watch over the supply chain modules
• Work with finance product owners translating ideas into written requirements
• Understand security roles and collaborate with access specialists
• Build test evidence and capture configuration with ConfigSnapshot
• Hand changes over with documentation and knowledge articles
