Job summary

CAPGEMINI INVENT in the UK is seeking a Consultant – HCM Oracle to help design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that enhance HR operations and elevate the employee experience. You’ll join a collaborative team and bring practical Oracle knowledge alongside a genuine interest in how technology can improve people practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM configuration experience.
• Willing to advisory focus with clients.
• SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it (required for government projects).

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM projects in a functional role.
• Assist with implementation activities, ensuring readiness from a business and HR perspective.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Create and document as-is and to-be HR processes to modernise HR and employee journeys.
• Embed HR, Oracle and industry best practices with colleagues.
