Job summary

Inoapps Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM & Payroll consultant to join our managed services team in the United Kingdom. You will apply 8+ years of Oracle HCM, Payroll and Fusion experience to deliver reliable support and implementations for our clients.

You will lead incident, problem and change management, provide clear guidance to customers, maintain comprehensive records, and drive continuous improvement through automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM & Payroll experience in Fusion environments.
• Experience in managed services and solution architecture is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience in working in a managed services team focused on evolution of applications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end support of Oracle HCM & Payroll incidents, problems and changes.
• Ad hoc projects including estimates and implementing changes.
• Provide timely written and verbal guidance to customers.
• Maintain records in ITSM and other tracking apps.
• Lead service-improvement initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency, including AI where appropriate.
• Analyze recurring incidents to implement workarounds and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to SOPs and Support Documentation; manage risks and escalations.
• Provide technical input to client reviews and maintain technical knowledge.
• Support 24x7 operations through shift rotation.
