Qualifications

Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Architect with expert-level experience in Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation. This role is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimizing our Compensation & Benefits structures within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Fusion Workforce Compensation.

This position will serve as the technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Compensation & Benefits within Oracle HCM to develop innovative and scalable solutions that align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement & Optimization
    • Introduce automation and system enhancements to make HR processes faster, more accurate, and less manual.
    • Ensure all compensation data is reliable, updated, and meets compliance standards.
    • Serve as the key point of contact for managing and improving compensation processes, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of any system-related challenges.
  2. Compensation & Benefits Support
    • Manage the day-to-day administration of compensation programs within Oracle Fusion, ensuring smooth running of salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive plans.
    • Provide real-time support to managers and HR teams during compensation cycles.
    • Improve and automate dashboards and reports that give leaders instant visibility into compensation and rewards outcomes.
  3. Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Build and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards (in Excel and Power BI) to track and analyze compensation trends.
    • Ensure compensation data processes are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for strategic insights.
    • Continuously improve compensation processes by identifying system enhancements and ensuring programs are aligned with business goals and employee experience expectations.
  4. System Design, Setup & Deployment
    • Lead the setup and launch of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation to support salary adjustments, bonuses, stock grants, and executive pay programs.
    • Configure and manage salary planning, bonus calculations, and total rewards frameworks within Oracle HCM.
    • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all system setups work correctly and meet business needs.
  5. Stakeholder Partnership & Training
    • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand needs and design practical solutions within Oracle HCM.
    • Provide training and clear documentation to HR C&B teams, making it easier for them to navigate and use the system effectively.
    • Collaborate with Oracle Support and internal teams to quickly resolve issues and deliver system upgrades.
  6. Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead projects that enhance compensation and benefits systems, drive automation, and improve user experience.
    • Keep up with new Oracle Fusion features and advise on how to use them to improve business outcomes.
    • Drive innovation in compensation and benefits management through best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology, preferably with Oracle HCM.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation.
  • Strong ability to design and implement compensation plans and salary programs in Oracle HCM.
  • Knowledge of data integration, automation, and data management practices.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of HR system integrations, automation tools, and system security.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
