With extensive functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment lifecycle, we determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and support integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet client needs. You will foster the development of other Consultants by sharing your expertise. You may also support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences.

This remote role can be located anywhere within the UK. It is a contract or full-time position with flexible hours, supporting global clients. Travel is expected to be between 0-25%, with the option to work from your preferred location using a company laptop.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expertise in multiple modules of the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning).
2. Lead or coach deployment activities: gather and document client requirements, design/configure the Workday solution, develop prototypes, assist in testing, and transfer knowledge to clients.
3. Work with the data conversion team to help migrate legacy data into Workday.
4. Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
5. Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
6. Resolve complex tasks and requirements, supporting team members as needed.
7. Collaborate effectively on team projects and facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices.
8. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure Intecrowd’s reputation as a reliable partner.
9. Provide regular project status updates to managers.
10. Innovate and suggest new deployment approaches and tools.
11. Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
12. Ensure solutions are compatible with downstream data translation and assist in configuring/testing integrations.
13. Demonstrate computational thinking by analyzing patterns and constructing scalable solutions.
14. Promote continuous education among colleagues and serve as a professional role model.
15. Provide insightful status reports highlighting project risks and client adoption improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Current Workday HCM Certification plus at least one other HCM module (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning).
2. 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
4. Previous consulting experience with a software or consulting firm.
5. Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar systems.
6. Project management experience.
7. Functional HR experience.
8. Strong customer service orientation.
9. Effective management of timelines and goals.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
12. Quick learner of new technologies.
13. Experience managing multiple HCM projects is a plus.
14. Travel expectation: approximately 25% depending on projects.
