Requirements

We are seeking experienced Consultants with profound knowledge in HR Transformation & HR IT / Cloud Transformation to join our growing European practice. In this role, you will focus on HCM innovation and NextGen HR Hire to Retire to enable world-class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through HR Transformation, leveraging HR technology to impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing NextGen HR & HR Digital Strategies for global clients
• End-to-End delivery of HR & HR IT Transformation projects (Oracle HCM / SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Service Now HRSD)
• Knowledge of HR products and cloud modules such as Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture, Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll
• Designing HR IT landscapes; Vendor selection; Readiness assessment; Support models
• Delivering HR Target Operating Models and experience-driven HR Process Design, including AI accelerators
• Providing Workforce Transformation Advisory, including talent marketplaces, skill-based organizations, learning agility, upskilling, reskilling
• Facilitating workshops and creating actionable insights
• Contributing to practice development and pre-sales activities
• Leading teams and fostering continuous learning

About You

We seek professionals with a strong consulting background or business/corporate experience in HR (IT) Transformation and HR Cloud Advisory, preferably in large-scale international environments. Key areas of expertise include:

• Stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
• Data analysis, documentation, communication skills in local language(s) and English
• Deep understanding of HR lifecycle, process design, and HR technology deployments
• Experience with HR Cloud systems (Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), ticketing/workflow tools (ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
• Vendor management and HR Operating Model design
• Workshop facilitation and report creation
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Proposal development and practice contribution

Qualifications include:

• In-depth H2R cycle knowledge
• HR Cloud module certifications
• Experience with digital transformation, AI, automation tools
• Proven project management in complex, multi-regional projects
• Minimum 4 years in consultancy or 6 years in HR transformation roles
