Qualifications

• Proven Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn expertise.
• Delivered multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation across design, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Experience mapping onboarding journeys and approvals.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic client guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and advise on Oracle HCM leading practices.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and design playback sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks.
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor colleagues and support the growth of our Oracle Cloud community.
• Drive successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes.
