Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant to design and implement innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people in the UK.

You will guide clients through the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality documentation and workshops. This role is hybrid with occasional travel to client sites and hubs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn.
• Experience delivering multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills across design, configuration, testing, and validation phases.
• Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading client workshops and advising on Oracle HCM leading practices.
• Designing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
• Delivering solution demonstrations and design playback sessions.
• Translating business requirements into scalable and effective system designs.
• Producing high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks.
• Building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting the growth of our Oracle Cloud community.
• Driving successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes.
