Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant to design and implement innovative HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people. You will guide clients through discovery, design, deployment, and optimisation as a trusted advisor.

You’ll lead workshops, configure Talent & Learn offerings, and deliver demonstrations while translating business needs into scalable system designs and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn implementations.
• Strong ability to run workshops across design, configuration, testing and validation phases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and advise on Oracle HCM leading practices.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
• Deliver demonstrations and design playback sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks.
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor colleagues and support the growth of the Oracle Cloud community.
• Drive successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes.
