Job summary

Version 1 is recruiting an Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant to join its UK Oracle practice. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions, guiding best practice, and influencing how clients maximise their HCM investment.

In this role you’ll partner with experienced Oracle professionals, move beyond ticket resolution, and help clients adopt new functionality while maintaining strong relationships. Hybrid working and UK eligibility for security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Talent, and HR Helpdesk.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (UK residency for at least 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert.
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality.
• Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance.
• Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice.
