Job summary

Sandwell Council is seeking an enthusiastic Oracle Business Change Manager to lead the people side of change across our Oracle Fusion environment. Working within the Oracle Support team, you'll lead change initiatives across HR, Finance and Procurement to ensure solutions are intuitive, effective and aligned with best

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing business change.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing system-related change activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering change management strategies that support Oracle programmes and projects.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the Council to understand requirements and build support for change.
• Leading communication and engagement activities to keep colleagues informed and involved.
• Driving user adoption through targeted communications, training and change interventions.
• Reviewing and improving business processes and workflows in line with Oracle best practice.
• Working collaboratively with technical teams, operational services and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
• Assessing and preparing the organisation for Oracle updates, releases and future developments.
