We're looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Business Change Manager to lead the people side of change across our Oracle Fusion environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping colleagues embrace new ways of working, maximise the benefits of Oracle technology, and support the Council's ongoing transformation journey.
Working within our Oracle Support team, you'll lead business change initiatives associated with Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring successful adoption, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation. You'll work closely with service areas including HR, Finance and Procurement to ensure Oracle solutions are intuitive, effective and aligned with best practice.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate change while driving improvements to business processes, user experience and service delivery. You’ll also work closely with the Council's Managed Service Provider and Oracle specialists to ensure changes, enhancements and fixes meet the needs of the organisation.
