Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to join our IT (Supply Chain) team in London. The role focuses on Oracle ERP solutions, process mapping, and delivering improvements across Order Management and Supply Chain areas.

You will translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust ERP enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with Oracle ERP, and a track record of delivering process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Systems with progressive experience in Supply Chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design Oracle ERP based solutions for Order Management and Supply Chain.
• Document BRDs, process flows and gap analyses to bridge business needs with ERP capabilities.
• Lead ERP configuration, customization, and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with EDI team to test and validate EDI integrations with customers/3PL.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with best practices.
