Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT (Supply Chain) team in London, working in a hybrid model. You will analyze, design, and implement Oracle ERP-based solutions, focusing on Order Management and Supply Chain processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with ERP integrations, BRD creation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in IT solutions for Supply Chain.
• Experience implementing Oracle ERP modules for Order Management and Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with EDI integrations and data integrity best practices.
• Ability to map business processes and translate requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement Oracle ERP solutions for Order Management and Supply Chain modules.
• Support and continuously improve ERP performance, data integrity, and documentation.
