Oracle EPM Consultant – FCC / HFM UK

Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid with occasional client visits)

SystemsAccountants is working with a successful and highly experienced Oracle Partner to recruit an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of domain experts who have delivered complex consolidation solutions across multiple industries and are now expanding to meet growing demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle FCC implementations
• Analyse business requirements and design robust consolidation and close solutions
• Develop metadata, business rules, data integrations, and reporting within FCC
• Support testing, training, and user adoption activities
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and project teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service) OR HFM
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and close processes
• Proficiency Smart View, and related reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• UK-based and eligible to work in the UK

Desirable Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification in FCCS
• Experience with EPM Automate, Data Management, or ERP integrations (Oracle Fusion, SAP)
• Exposure to the wider Oracle EPM suite (Planning, ARCS, EDM)
• Experience with HFM
