Job summary

Lowell Group is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own and evolve our Oracle EPM platform, including FCCS, Planning, ARCS and Narrative Reporting. You will partner with Finance, Technology and external vendors to translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant solutions and drive strategic change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle EPM solutions across Planning (PBCS), FCCS, ARCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, period-end close, reporting governance and financial controls.
• Experience supporting statutory reporting, management information and audit requirements through robust EPM design.
• Ability to build relationships across Finance, Technology and third-party partners to bridge business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and governance of Oracle EPM solutions for Finance, including FCCS, Planning, ARCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Lead finance systems change programmes and drive best practice while partnering with stakeholders.
• Act as design authority and provide governance and strategic direction across the EPM landscape.
