Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS specialist for a senior leadership role within a major Finance Transformation Programme. You will own the consolidation and close solution, design and deliver Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS, and ensure it supports complex group reporting.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and prior leadership of large-scale finance system implementations.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS specialist to take a senior leadership role within a major Finance Transformation Programme.

The role will take ownership of the financial consolidation and close solution, leading the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS and ensuring it supports complex group, statutory and management reporting requirements.

Key experience required:

• Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS experience
• End-to-end FCCS implementation, design and configuration
• Financial consolidation and close processes
• Group consolidation and statutory reporting
• Complex group/entity structures and consolidation requirements
• Financial reporting, reconciliations and controls
• Data migration, validation and testing within FCCS
• Experience translating Finance requirements into effective system design
• Strong experience working with System Integrators / implementation partners
• Leadership of significant finance systems transformation or implementation
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Strong accounting/finance background; qualified accountant highly desirable

This is a senior role requiring someone who understands both the finance and the system - able to work closely with Finance stakeholders while providing direction on FCCS design, configuration and delivery.
