Job summary

Lowell is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own the Oracle EPM ecosystem, including FCCS, Planning, ARCS and Narrative Reporting. You will act as functional and solution architect, shaping design, governance and evolution of our EPM solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Technology and external partners to translate complex business requirements into scalable systems that support statutory reporting, management insight and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle EPM solutions across Planning, FCCS, ARCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, period-end close, reporting governance and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Oracle EPM solutions across the landscape, ensuring scalable and sustainable design.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Lead finance systems teams and manage significant change programmes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and external partners to support statutory reporting and management insight.
