Job summary

PwC is seeking a Finance Solutions Manager to lead Oracle EPM Cloud Planning engagements across large, complex organisations. You will guide FP&A transformations, translate requirements into scalable planning solutions, and manage mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams while advising senior Finance and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience designing and delivering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions for large, complex organisations
• Strong FP&A and EPM background with end-to-end planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Ability to lead requirements gathering with senior Finance stakeholders and translate needs into platform capabilities
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams and mentoring consultants
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in multi-person environments

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of complex Oracle EPM Cloud Planning implementations (PBCS / EPBCS / Planning Modules)
• Running requirement definition workshops with senior Finance stakeholders
• Designing FP&A processes across revenue, workforce, OpEx/CapEx, cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Architecting Oracle Planning within the wider Oracle EPM and ERP estate
• Incorporating Oracle AI capabilities into designs (Predictive Planning, OCI Gen AI)
• Leading mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams and mentoring consultants
• Contributing to proposals and shaping our go-to-market strategy
