Job summary

Skillsbay Limited in Northampton seeks an experienced Finance Systems/EPM leader to drive a major finance transformation. The role combines Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS, financial consolidation, reporting and data structures to support statutory, management and group reporting.

You will provide strategic leadership across FCCS and financial data, working with Finance, programme teams and implementation partners to shape the solution, oversee design decisions and deliver a complex, large-scale

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle Cloud EPM/FCCS experience.
• Financial consolidation, statutory and management reporting.
• CoA design and financial data structures.
• Financial data governance, integrity, controls and reconciliations.
• Leadership of major finance systems implementations/transformation.
• Experience working with System Integrators and senior stakeholders.
• Strong finance background within a large, complex organisation.
• Fully qualified accountant - ACCA/CIMA/CCAB.

Responsibilities
