Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Instruments and Contracts Coordinator to own the contracts database and manage orders for UK, Ireland, Nordics and the Netherlands.

You will work onsite in Little Chalfont, collaborate with NHS customers, ensure contract performance, renewals and cost controls, and support a fast-paced MSC team with Oracle or ERP system experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or customer services.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts database for UK/Ireland, Nordics, Netherlands.
• Process instrument and consumable orders and renewals.
• Provide excellent customer experience and ensure contract compliance.
