Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Contract & Relationship Manager to drive contract governance, monitor KPIs, and manage performance for Beckman Coulter and subcontractors on site. You will draft standard contracts and implement action plans to manage risks while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning, and supplier management in a laboratory setting, with extensive travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Managed Services with account management experience, delivering and monitoring contract performance/compliance.
• Excellent customer service, business management techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a team on complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders with varying agendas.
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills with proven success in strategic plan creation and contract performance.
• Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of contract evaluation and governance including KPIs.

• Manage performance and financial statistics for both Beckman Coulter and sub‑contractors, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and pursue continual improvements in performance.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel – the role requires 70% travel, including days dedicated to customer sites; some wider travel with overnight stays may be required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Tender proposal management.
• Procurement and supply chain processes.
