Job summary

London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a permanent, full-time Oracle Support Lead to manage the internal Oracle Support Team and drive delivery across Change Requests. You will coordinate, progress, and implement approved changes while maintaining system integrity and governance.

The role requires 5+ years with Oracle Fusion and ITIL, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, user-focused IT services across digital products and technology teams.

Qualifications

About the role
  • Lead and manage internal Oracle Support Team
  • Supplier Management
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of defects

  • Main contact for internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring controls and governance are in place and followed by the Support Team, wider Council Oracle users, and third party support partner.
  • Support the Council in identifying changes that will drive both monetary and non-monetary savings.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 5 years minimum Experience of supporting Oracle Fusion, this includes HCM, ERP, Talent, Learn, Projects, Risk Management and EPM
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Strong experience working across digital products, services, and technology teams to deliver user-focused outcomes.
