Job summary

Specsavers Maldon is seeking an Optical Assistant who will be the friendly face in-store, delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the right eyewear solutions. The role requires enthusiasm for the Specsavers brand and a passion for great service, with travel between South Woodham and Maldon branches preferred.

The position offers training and development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and a 40-hour week including weekends.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service as Optical Assistant to help customers choose eyewear and services.
• Assist customers with eyewear fittings and product knowledge to create an outstanding store experience.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Please note this role will require travel between our South Woodham and Maldon branches so access to transport preferred!
