Specsavers Harlow is seeking a Store Manager who can lead by example and champion a customer-first mindset. You will keep the store and team running smoothly while growing your skills and supporting others to do the same. This is a hands-on leadership role at a busy retail store.

You will oversee daily store operations, manage a team, and drive excellent customer service, eye care and hearing care initiatives, with weekend work included in a full-time schedule.
