Specsavers is seeking an experienced Optical Supervisor to lead a busy store team. You will coach colleagues, support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers ongoing development and a chance to grow with experienced opticians and store leaders.

You'll join a supportive team in a high-footfall store, with training and mentoring to build confidence, leadership skills, and career progression within Specsavers.

Formación

• Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong coaching and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues.

Responsabilidades

• Support, coach and motivate store colleagues to deliver great customer service.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in collaboration with Store Directors and management.
• Help the team achieve store goals and provide development opportunities.
