Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire optical operation in-store, including leadership of the optometrist and support staff.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver high quality patient care and compliant service.
• Review sales forecasts and department targets while handling customer queries and ensuring smooth clinic running.
