Your Role

Your responsibilities include managing Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance, sales forecasting, and customer queries. You'll also handle clinic management and shop floor operations, working closely with Optometrists to coach and develop your team. Organisational skills and effective time management are essential due to the role's fast-paced nature.
