Your Role

Your responsibilities include managing optometrists and optical assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales forecasts and targets, and handling customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and shop floor processes, ensuring the department meets customer needs. Working closely with an optometrist, you'll coach and develop your team. Organizational skills and effective time management are essential in this fast-paced role.

About You

Our Optical Managers are vital to our success, ensuring high-quality patient service. You should be fully qualified dispensing opticians registered with the GOC, on track to meet CPD requirements, confident in coaching, and capable of providing excellent customer and patient care. You should be driven, ambitious, and have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment. Being organized and managing your time effectively are also key.
