A renowned optical brand is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand operations in the South West, ideally based in Bristol. This field-based role involves managing key customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities while collaborating closely with the Managing Director. The successful candidate should have a background in optics and be self-motivated and target-driven. Competitive salary with uncapped earning potential offered.

Qualifications

• Background in optics preferred (Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant).
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport required.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays and international visits to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to execute sales and growth strategies.
