Job summary

Specsavers in Winsford is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and support our optical team with day-to-day store operations. You will help customers choose frames and lenses while learning about our products and services.

With full training and development opportunities, you will grow your experience in optics, audiology, and customer care, benefiting from supportive colleagues and an inclusive, friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they walk through the store.
• Support optical team with daily store operations.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
