Specsavers in Sutton Coldfield is hiring an Optical Assistant who is passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service. You will support customers from pre-screening through dispensing, with comprehensive training and development across our business areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
