Job summary

Specsavers Wilmslow is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and help them choose frames and lenses. You will learn from experienced Opticians and Technicians and participate in a busy, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Confidently welcome and assist customers as they browse optical products and services.
• Support the team with day-to-day store operations in a busy environment.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to grow in the optical field.
