Job summary

Specsavers in Preston is looking for a caring Optical Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose eyewear, lenses and accessories. You’ll work with experienced Opticians and Technicians who will support your development.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), a starting wage of £12.91 per hour depending on experience, monthly bonus and a range of benefits including pension, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace subscription, and extra paid leave on your birthday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
