Job summary

Specsavers Bilston is looking for an Optical Assistant who is caring and customer-focused to welcome customers and support their optical journey. The role offers great training and development opportunities with experienced Opticians and Technicians guiding you as you grow in the business.

The store, based in Bilston, provides free parking and a supportive team. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, with weekend work essential and one weekend off every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers through the store
• Participate in training and development opportunities with support from Opticians and Technicians
• Assist in daily store activities and customer service tasks
