Job summary

Specsavers in Rawtenstall is seeking an Optical Assistant who genuinely cares about customers and their vision. You will warmly welcome shoppers and help them choose the right eyewear while receiving training from experienced Opticians and Technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them as they walk through the store.
• Support customers in selecting eyewear and services, under supervision of experienced staff.
