Job summary

Specsavers in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a friendly Optical Assistant to join our store team. You’ll welcome customers, assist with optical services from pre-screening to dispensing, and benefit from ongoing training and development.

You’ll work with experienced Opticians and Technicians and enjoy a generous benefits package, including a bonus scheme, Headspace subscription, and paid time off for your birthday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers as they walk through our doors.
• Assist with pre screening to dispensing under the guidance of opticians and technicians.
• Support the customer journey in-store and contribute to a friendly, efficient service.
