Job summary

Specsavers Sidcup is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly store team. You’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand and your customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for customers and colleagues.

The role accommodates full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 3 days) with weekend work. Previous optical experience is preferred and benefits include pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, and WeCare support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store customers.
• Assist in dispensing and optical processes to support the team.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
