Job summary

Specsavers South Harrow is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, delivering excellent customer service and applying optical knowledge alongside our brand values.

You’ll help create an outstanding environment for customers and the team, with training and benefits including pension contributions, Specsavers Perks discounts, WeCare support, and birthday leave recognition.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in an optician.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
